I'm a Spectrum customer and I tried to put these between my modem and router and it won't work at all. There's no need for me to send them back.I looked up the company that makes them and it's in South Africa. Not saying there's anything wrong with South Africa but they should at least do what they are supposed to doAfter getting such positive feedback from the company that makes these cables, I think I maybe have spoken too soon.As it turns out the router Spectrum uses is incompatible with this cable. I took it to my friend's place and boy o boy was I wrong. The picture popped off the screen!
