Misproduced, a quarter of the section was welded where the slats were upside down and the metal bars couldn't hold up, no it wasn't an assembly problem on my part, they literally welded them on. upside down, the other half of the same panel upside down, I was offered a new one, but I spent about 2 hours assembling it myself and didn't quite understand that it was, I felt really defeated and didn't want to wrap it up everything back in the flimsy box it came in so I literally zipped it up, taped it shut and taped those suction cups together and it works. I don't know if that's the only problem, but given the hassle and cost, it's a pretty big problem for me. Unfortunately I won't be ordering more, despite being advised this is a very durable bed.
