I rarely come across a technical device that I have problems with. This is the only product I have problems with. The cold wallet itself appears to be made of quality materials and construction. That's the only good thing I can say about him. The instructions are incomplete. If you're looking for a device that has instructions that easily walk you through the process of connecting to a crypto exchange, I'd advise you to look elsewhere. It's not like this! Unless, of course, you want to be endlessly let down by something more complicated than it should be. I followed the instructions verbatim but still had problems. No problem. Just go to their support page and find out, and all will be well and all frustrations will be forgotten. Not so easy. The customer service page contains only the information contained in the user manual that came with the device. This information did not help me to connect to the crypto exchange. Next step: call customer service. mmm They have no phone support. Hm. Okay, the only alternative is email support. I went through the moves and explained my concerns and provided my phone number in case they should call me. That didn't happen. However, I received a reply to my email from James. He apologized for the lack of phone support and I'm sure he felt confident that he had solved all my problems by explaining the steps to connect the device to the crypto exchange. Except that he just sent me an abridged version of what was in the owner's manual! I was like INDEED! Without the help of SecuX, over time I was able to link 2 devices with MUCH FRUIT to allow my transactions to take place. I bought 2 of these devices and am now returning one of them. And once the wallet I ordered from another manufacturer (reputable manufacturer) is in my hands and online, I intend to test this device in a 4-step process: 1.) Erase all data 2.) Put the device on my concrete Place driveway 3 .) Repeatedly mash with a 10 pound hammer. Awesome! 4.) Throw it in the trash Can I recommend this product: I think you already know the answer to this question. PS I am not proud to criticize any product and very rarely do. Even if the product is so-so. The sad thing is that they probably made a good product, but unfortunately the software and drivers are substandard in that they don't work properly. And one more note: There is also a lot of frustration when trying to send and receive messages with this device. This is another frustrating experience when trying to simply copy an address. But hopefully I've pointed you somewhere else so you don't have to deal with it the way I did. I also hope that this manufacturer can handle both their software and their customer support. If that ever happens, they have a salable product.
