Works well, looks good, built like a tank

This citrus juicer is made of stainless steel. This is an extremely strong, thick piece of stainless steel. It looks solid and attractive and appears to be built like a reservoir. As with any juicer of this type, it needs to be squeezed well first and then gets a little lighter as you squeeze the citrus. It has a lot of leverage and it feels like this type of design is as good as it gets. Seriously the only way to make it better is to add some sort of ratchet like pliers or something. I was going to go with the plastic but settled on this one. It works amazingly well! I still squeezed the juice of a few limes out of it to make margaritas. Pure joy with this thing. I usually write pros and cons of a product. I can't think of any cons, except maybe it costs a few bucks more than cheap plastic, but the difference is worth it. The way this thing is constructed will outlive me. It comes in a simple, easy-to-open cardboard box. There are no instructions which was a little disappointing but not much. There are many other guides, and in the end it's a really simple device. Just make sure you cut the fruit in half and place it skin-side up. Some people suggest making a few cuts on the top of the sliced citrus to make it easier to squeeze. Here, now you have the missing instructions. Just buy this for squeezing citrus fruits, especially lemons and limes. This is a fantastic bar accessory and can certainly be used on other occasions when you need to squeeze some citrus. That's too small for a grapefruit and probably ok for small oranges. Otherwise it's great.
