There are SO many lights to choose from. The lights are also incredibly light, so the stands are more than adequate, measuring around 5 feet long. high if I remember correctly. With a white diffuser, it perfectly absorbs the harshness of the light and gives a nice even tone. I use them to light up my green screen and myself for streaming. 1 on either side of the green screen and 1 in front of me. Works perfectly. There is no hum or electrical buzz that some cheap electronics can generate. One day one of my lights flickered slightly, I lowered the brightness by 1 level (maximum) and it stopped, the next day I went to use it and turned it on all the way and everything was fine. *shrugs* So far so good.
