I really like this computer. I had to switch from the Mac because some encoding programs on Apple weren't working properly and I bought something refurbished, so I was a little concerned. But this new computer is very fast and easy to use. There's plenty of room for all my essentials. Battery life is truly amazing - if you're struggling to extend battery life, it will stay charged for up to 6 hours running some programs. Without many programs running, I get 10 hours. It has all the ports you could want (I think? It has at least a ton.) and all ports work. All in all, this is a big upgrade for my 2012 MacBook. Warning: This laptop is quite heavy, so I would consider using it as a home computer, or at least be willing to lug it around with me.
