These lights are very bright and cute! The packaging was basic but instructions were included and they were very easy to assemble/set up. These lights get tangled very easily so you need to untangle and thread them very slowly. Note to seller and manufacturer, please invest in cable ties! It would save us from anger and trouble! I've had the time and patience to properly untangle my garlands, but not everyone will do it. They only charge for about 4 hours in the sun, but they're bright! I am very happy with them and plan to buy more if they hold up well with me. The stars are actually hard plastic. They seem pretty solid and not flimsy.
