The fabric doesn't move well even though it's cute.

These raincoats are fine. I chose a design with cute white clouds on a blue background. The look was one of my main reasons for buying this raincoat for my son. But I believe the elasticity (if that's the right word) of this outfit means that it doesn't move very well. Hands look hard. It's good to stand still, but not very comfortable to walk. My preschooler hasn't complained or anything, but I can say a lighter shell would have worked better. He's cute, but he doesn't move as well as a cloak should.
