I have just received a moka pan and am annoyed by its condition. The box is completely damaged and looks like the moka pot has been used. The coffee grounds, too big mind you, came out when I unscrewed the base with my fist and looked inside, and it looks like it's been cleaned several times. Not sure if I should keep it to myself or refuse the exchange.
