With over 300 reviews on this product I will not restate what has been said over 300 times. I bought this camera for my wife whose previous camera died. To put it mildly, her cousin accidentally hit him with her elbow, knocking him onto the concrete sidewalk. Both the camera and the memory card died. It was HP 735 (2.3 megapixels). I found out the price and as always I am reviewing Revain. (Unfortunately they are now collecting taxes because the New York state legislature wanted their hands in a cookie jar (bait) and they made some revenue from the very popular Revain.com. This camera is amazing. It takes fast pictures and the preview shows just how good the photos can be. Colors are rich and face ID is accurate. I found it amusing that the camera recognized faces on the TV as we took it out of the box and tried to dig into its many features. Mine woman likes to take pictures and sigh as she develops her pictures and everyone looks like red eyed vampires in the pictures this camera is a thing of the past the noise many reviewers wrote about when we took pictures it was quiet when would it have a silencer. Also, many people commented that z It takes a long time to take a picture. For us it was quick and the footage was amazing. Options at the side te of the camera (such as an adjustment wheel for image previews) and the power button, which many found unpleasant, didn't bother us. Both are in good places and our fingers never accidentally touch them. The battery life was definitely longer than we thought. We had it on for a few hours and it still worked. Our digital camera back then was a nightmare. An hour later he had already sunk onto a beam. We weren't bothered by the lack of a power indicator on the very slim and attractive 2.5-inch LCD screen. I guess we were scared to watch lol. Too much, I think the most important information on the screen will be the number of possible shots and their quality and the preview image. My wife is not a professional photographer but she loves to take pictures. From sunsets to weddings. The photos are amazing and her family is amazed at how great they look and will be. For us, this camera has no "disadvantages". We are thrilled and for anyone who loves photography and needs a new camera this is a fantastic camera. Revain was amazing too. Right after I placed an order for this camera the price dropped and Revain refunded me the difference in price. I also ordered it just before July 4th, so delivery took 2 days (ordered on July 1st). To my surprise, it actually arrived the next day. Where else can you order a product, click 'deliver in two days', pay for delivery in two days and receive it the next day. Not bad for overnight delivery and next day delivery. I was so shocked we weren't even home when he arrived at 9 on the first try). Although Revain has to collect taxes in upstate New York, their prices are low, very competitive and you will receive your product much earlier than stated.
