I love how easy it is to use once you get used too! There's nothing better than being at work when your phone rings with an important message or call from another department asking questions about something they've been struggling through without success themselves (like me!). It helps them figure out what issue needs solving so we can solve their problem together using our expertise as well - no long waits over email while waiting hours between messages trying unsuccessfully to track down people who might be available next week etc..
