My toddler loves to play with these fun ghost ice packs. They make a cute and fun sensory toy for a toddler. My toddler enjoys them cold out of the freezer. They also make a crunching noise when you squeeze them while they are frozen. They get cold but not cold enough for freezer burn. I haven't tried them as heat packs yet. We are enjoying them as freezer packs.
