I just received the pink turtle and when I opened it I couldn't believe it. It looks like a very worn product that has been resealed. The screen is cracked, there is glue residue around the turtle, it is dirty. Not only that, when I put it in very hot water it only rose to 100 degrees. I'm asking for a refund even though it only cost me $6. Terrible product.
