I loved this item when it arrived. Super cute and worked great! It's been 3 months and it no longer works. It turns on randomly and I don't think it's any more accurate. Very sad. Now I have to buy a new one.

Cute. it heats up as fast as possible. It's worth it and comes with child protection. I got this because I'm getting custody of my nephew and the CPS agent even thought it was cool. Now I don't have to worry about the water being too hot for his delicate skin.

This item works great. The only thing that surprised me is that it's a bit smaller than it looks, which is by no means a problem. It's palm sized but works, floats and looks cute. I bought this as a cheap part of a baby shower gift and my friend uses it to bathe her one month old girl.

I just received the pink turtle and when I opened it I couldn't believe it. It looks like a very worn product that has been resealed. The screen is cracked, there is glue residue around the turtle, it is dirty. Not only that, when I put it in very hot water it only rose to 100 degrees. I'm asking for a refund even though it only cost me $6. Terrible product.

Received pink. Died after a week or two of use. Our child loves to splash in the water and I understand that this article does not contribute to that. If we take it out before our kid jumps in the water and starts playing, maybe it could still work. But before that we had another brand and there was no such problem. So either it was a hole to begin with or it doesn't take spatter.

I received a green turtle from the same company as a shower present three years ago. It worked flawlessly for my daughter's daily bath - again - for three years! I like the digital display. The red light will flash when the water is too hot or too cold - simple as that. I will actually buy another one as the battery is not replaceable. I hope it lasts as long. I know why I need this for a three year old? My baby's skin must be very temperature sensitive because they prefer EXACTLY 95 degree…
