Great bedding set, very nice and warm. I was surprised to find that the entire bed cover is covered in embroidery - the design of the medallion and swirl on the lighter parts of the bed is machine embroidered. The embroidery is tight and I don't expect this to be a problem with washing. I made a small mistake when ordering - I have a queen bed which is a normal height off the floor and I bought a queen duvet set because the reviews on here indicated the duvet was short. I had to go with the queen because the sides are touching the ground. All in all a very nice blanket. Note that it is slightly more brown than it appears in the picture. The red color is more like the deep red of gemstones.
