Review on CamRebel Replacement Eyecup Camera MarkII by Johnny Bloomer
A poor fit spoils what could have been a good buy.
Somehow I lost the eyecup for my OM-D E-M5 mk. II. I wanted to save a few bucks but ended up spending more by buying this CamRebel eyecup, throwing it away and then buying the official Olympus eyecup from their store. Why? Because the CamRebel eyecup doesn't fit well and rattles loudly (made of hard plastic). While it blocks ambient light, a poor fit doesn't inspire confidence that it will stay put, and the rattling is annoying. Do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks more on an OEM eyecup.
- Including lens cleaning paper. Can be used to clean the lens and any LCD display.
