This is a great hair mask. My hair has become very brittle after years of highlighting and coloring. I bought it because of the ingredients. Everything is natural. And healthy. I did a deep application from roots to tips and covered my head with a disposable shower cap. I left it for a few hours while I cleaned up. I washed it out over the weekend my hair felt so good. Soft and definitely durable. Nothing can fully restore your hair once it has been damaged. When your cuticles are broken, you need to regrow your hair to have fully healthy hair again. But you can deal with the damage and kill off those cuticles with good products. And this army mask worked for me. Great product at a great price!
