Review on 🌼 Spring Thing: Targeted Massage for Quick Pain and Tension Relief by Angie Thomas

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works great on muscle knots - like the chiropractic activator

Nothing is better for reducing muscle knots than a chiropractor's traction control device (spring-loaded thing to release knots and trigger points). But if you don't want to pay more than $200 for one, this is your next best bet between Hiro visits - and hardly a compromise in my opinion. It provides the thrust/pressure needed to efficiently tighten those hard, unrelenting muscle knots without straining the muscles in your fingers and hands. So for me, this is an essential tool for relieving pain without spending a lot of time getting there. Some parts of the body (sides, neck and shoulders) are more difficult to reach and position the tool, but this is the case. for almost every wearable device for these areas. And your knots will return if their cause cannot be resolved. Mine falls into the latter category, so this tool is a must have for me. I caution you against getting too excited about it, at least until you figure out how best to use the pressure (how much and for how long) for each one. Muscle. It is a tool that uses pressure/force to break myofascial adhesions. Moderate pressure sustained for a few seconds can make a big difference. Highly recommended.
