UNPROFESSIONAL - Wrong size
The ring was adjusted to the size indicated by the dent. Talk about cutting corners! For real?! But my mother liked the ring so much that we decided to just take it to the jeweler to have it repaired. So far, two jewelers have refused to fix it, saying they've never seen anything like it and don't want to be held responsible if it breaks. It would be better if they just sent the ring as is and we could guard it.
