I have worked for several companies that used Map as their contact number system but none were better than this one! It's simple to use - everyone can pick up with ease.

The customer service from my former employer was horrible at best (they treated me like dirt) and it made working there so hard and unfulfilling. This has been by far the easiest transition into another job ever! No more calling multiple people trying to get an answer or assistance when you need help right away. You just press 1 and your done without having to wait in line and deal with rude employees who don't care about your needs.
