I'm not a fan of writing product reviews but this set has been such a huge hit for me that I just have to share it with others. Before purchasing it I had no idea how to make kombucha let alone fermentation. It took me over an hour looking through various kombucha kits on Amazon before finally settling on this one. It more than exceeded my expectations. It comes with almost everything you need. The only things I had to buy besides the set were glass bottles for storing "beech", as well as a wire brush for cleaning. a beginner like me to screw up. My first brew was fantastic, I made half with grapefruit juice and half with pineapple juice during the second fermentation. This product is high quality, easy to use and makes amazing kombucha. I'm on my second batch now and my SCOBEs look so beautiful and healthy!
