Mounting The Dream MD5421 has more adjustment options and is cheaper than the similar MD4520 so I bought the MD5421 to mount the soundbar above my TV. I first screwed the long and short extension plates together (because the mounting holes on the back of the soundbar are far apart), then screwed the extension plates to each bracket. It's kind of a big Y pattern. I also changed the order of the protruding standoffs to correctly set the depth of the soundbar relative to the front of the TV. You can use a variety of apps with the included hardware, so it's great, if a bit cheap. One of the M6 wing nuts was not threaded properly and was unusable, so I had to use another M6 nut (also included) to get it working. Even with everything tightened, there's still some flex on the soundbar when you press the button. Overall it's good enough and does the job.
