The best Halloween costume for girls

The quality is cheap and flimsy. I used this for a Halloween costume and it was perfect! My child is 22 months old. She's 35 inches tall (about the 80th percentile) and a size 4 was perfect for her, but the hood was quite large as it's not made for babies. However, he has a great Boo costume from Monster's Inc.
