Now that I work full time from home, I had to buy a desk to make room for my work. The space I reserved for the desk didn't have many outlet options so I chose this extension cord as I had a wall outlet about 4 feet from the desk, but it only had one open plug. I knew I would need more than one outlet because I need to plug in my laptop, printer, lights and charge my phone. I found this extension and it works great. I like that it is in the shape of a cube. My desk is small, so I didn't have much room for a long tape. Although small, it is very convenient with 4 grounded sockets and 3 USB sockets. I can easily connect everything and leave a little space. At the end of the day, I can hit the power button and turn everything off with ease.
