It turned out very nice and you can't see what it looks like. Each color is ultimately not separate, so it's easier to apply to the wall to achieve the "totally imperfect" look that watercolors have. It's not clean. There are no instructions, but I think the easiest way to hang the center piece is with two people: the first person peels off the backing of the sticker towards the wall, the second person presses the sticker onto the wall and flips it over against the wall make sure there are no bubbles. No. 1 slowly detaches from the substrate. I suggest not gluing it firmly at first until you know it's the spacing you want. Side stickers are easy to make, just line them up. It's pretty easy to peel off without stripping the paint if you mess something up. It took us about 10 minutes to complete it.
