This is a winner for me and my wife. For my wife, because she wanted a little more meat in her diet, and for me, because I'm NOT your typical outdoor griller. For those men or women who like to make the big bucks from outdoor grilling, this won't work. I cooked a small steak for her and a lobster tail for myself in about four minutes and didn't have to flip it as it naturally cooks on both sides. Also, after the first use and subsequent cleaning, I found that all I had to do was put in aluminum foil, bowl space included at the bottom, and my cleaning job was done after cooking. All in all, quick, clean, easy grilling with no smoke or charcoal smell (sorry purists, that's good for you but not for me, plus the air pollution factor from outdoor grills is a big environmental concern it's common). I put my grill on the patio so there's no greasy steam or smell in the house. Lots of people like to cook and don't mind grease, smells, or mess, so it probably won't matter much. Interesting for such cooks, but for me and anyone who wants to grill everything from meat to fish to vegetables, it works great with the least amount of effort and time.
