The laces are untied.
The laces on the sides of the left and right mok have unraveled. I have several pairs of Minneton moccasins, this has never happened to me. The quality isn't what it used to be.

- Great product... Have been wearing this product for 10 years now... my 3rd purchase.
Cons
- Rock-hard leather had to be taken to the shoe repair shop to be softened
