The keyboard is light: Gaming keyboards

The keyboard is perfect, just arrived yesterday. But I already have a problem: my letter key V is stuck on a color, while the other keys work fine. Is there a way to fix this asap because I just got this keyboard yesterday and the RGB is already broken :(
