I'm an adult wearing medium sized kids socks, 7-2. I wear size 3 children's shoes and size 5 women's shoes. They don't use a standard size. I had to do some research to make an educated guess as to the correct size. I chose size 8-12 and they fit perfectly. This size is actually "Medium" with a smaller and larger child size. The ribs on the arch appear to provide additional support. I love her! My feet are always warm.
