Edit - will not work if your Fusion is equipped with a Sync/Sony system. First Check - Inexplicably, the handbrake cable is missing. The whole point is that you don't have to fiddle with the wiring, but for this to work you need to somehow remove the wire from the original Pioneer harness and insert it here. nuts
