I have been using them since 2008 so they are pretty reliable when it comes to customer care (at least as far as i know). Their support doesn't speak english natively but you can use google translate if need be. They also offer some services like backup which helps avoid issues of downtime due to hardware failure or accidental deletion etc. Sometimes there can be problems accessing files via FTP because their bandwidth limits make transfers slow down over time even though the file size hasn't changed very much thus making uploads fail mid-transaction. Make sure to check for any restrictions before creating an account - otherwise things may work fine until suddenly one day without notice access will stop working! Hosting multiple websites & applications hosted under different accounts has made managing each site easier than ever thanks to one dashboard being able to see all sites regardless where they're located I like how easy it was when managing my website through Bodhost's dashboard! They have great customer support too which makes me feel comfortable about keeping everything up-to date while also being able get any questions answered quickly if needed (which has happened). There are some things they could improve upon such as having more control over certain aspects of their account but overall not many complaints here or anywhere else online so far either way glad i chose them :).
