Beautiful looks - horrible build

I bought this item to house my Sonos speakers. The item was well packaged and looked clean and modern. But as I delved into the build, it became clear that there were issues. The instructions were far from clear, starting with the frustration of the process. The screws come loose easily which is even more annoying, one of the coasters had an issue where the hole was too small for a screw. Any attempt to accommodate him met with too much resistance. In the end I was only able to assemble one of the two coasters. The last step of the assembly process was unnecessary work - you have to place the rack in the base and then take a screw and attach it to the opposite side of the base. , along with two small washers (why?) and try to keep the post horizontal with the hex key to get the post in place. It's part guesswork and part work to make sure it happens, and it ends up wobbling the stand way too much for my comfort no matter how tight you tighten it. It would end up looking really nice and the cable hiding features might work, but I won't know because I'll be buying another set of stands that are lighter and easier to build. This assembly should not have gone this way if the various parts had undergone proper quality control. Have a Phillips head screwdriver handy (very small to fit at an odd angle for installing the screws) as it also doesn't come with all the tools needed for assembly. Very disappointing.
