Good customer service
Sometimes it's not the product that counts, but the service behind the product. I bought one of these last summer and it worked once but had problems after that. I emailed the seller and he responded quickly with instructions on how to service the unit. I disassembled and cleaned it, but it didn't help. I told the seller and he immediately agreed and sent me a new one. It wouldn't matter much if it happened days or weeks after purchase. It's been almost a year! They definitely didn't have to. It was out of warranty. They said they like to take care of their customers. It definitely shows.
