The fountain worked for about a week and then stopped pumping but the light continued to work. I tried several times to blow out everything that was interfering with the rotation of the rotor with a hose and to clean the intake grille of small debris. It didn't help. This pump is made of thin plastic and is powered by a very thin cable. It takes me nearly two hours to disassemble a 250 lb fountain and install a new pump. I definitely don't want to install any more of these and have to do it again after it fails. Will buy something else.
