Airflow isn't great, it helps but you have to turn it HIGH to notice the difference and when you do it's REALLY LOUD. I used it on a VERY long flight from departure airport to destination airport (about 37 hours), the battery life was GREAT, but it didn't cool me enough, maybe because of my big neck, but I also noticed that the distribution air wasn't so efficient i thought with extra deflectors it would be better than others but there it was. The power button was hard to find at first, but once you get used to it, it should be easier to find.
