Bought because of the description and the positive reviews. I don't think all reviews are true. On the plus side, this is a nice travel mug. Does not leak when the lid is closed. The 16 ounce size was great for my morning coffee. On the other hand, firstly, the plastic upper smells of disinfectant. Secondly, it doesn't even keep the coffee hot for an hour. Third, it gushes out of the locking button when unlocking and pouring coffee. Fourth, when you try to pour liquid, you cannot prevent it from running down the side of the cup. Fifth, do not drink hot liquid from the mug, because the metal rim will burn your lips. Maybe I just got a mug that slipped out of the slots with all the flaws. Despite all that, it might be fine for cold water, but I don't think it's a healthy product for coffee drinkers.
