Freezing Air Conditioning at Parts
I was able to replace the clutch and coil assembly on my 2004 Corolla without refrigerant recovery. The air conditioning stopped working when the outside temperature rose to 94 degrees. Just when I needed air conditioning! I removed the belt and bolts holding the compressor. Tilt the pump to access the clutch assembly.
