The seller was amazing. When I bought it, I was under the impression that the bag had colored feathers (or a pattern with feathers) on the front, but it was actually see-through. As a result, it didn't turn out exactly what I wanted. The seller added "transparent" to the listing and gave me a reasonable refund. The bag was a birthday present for my daughter and she loves it. It's not used as often as she'd like, but that doesn't bother her too much. I would buy from this seller again.
