We are able to manage our customer's insurance claims from one platform which has helped us streamline processes as well as provide better service for customers in need of assistance with their claim. The system is very easy to use but sometimes it can be slow at times when performing tasks such as searching through data or uploading documents. It would also be nice if there were more options available within each module that could allow you to customize what information appears upon login so we don't have duplicate fields showing up. If I had any concerns about this product they've addressed them quickly by adding new features and improving existing ones. This software allows me to keep all my records stored together making life easier since everything is in one place! Also being able to access files across multiple locations makes things much quicker than having to go back and forth between different systems.
