Review on 🎨 4-Ounce DecoArt DS50-10 Glow-in-The-Dark Paint: Enhance Visibility with Illuminating Effects by Carol Miller

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works well but needs improvement Instructions don't mention

My son needed this for a school project. It worked, but we had to figure out a few things we shouldn't have done in the first place. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they really should have clarified some points in the instructions. This ink is very waterproof and absorbs easily into the paper. You need to apply background paint (match it to the color of what you are painting on. We apply white paint on white card) and then apply glow in the dark paint on top. If you do it like this, it will glow in the dark pretty well. If you don't apply the background color it will appear very pale as most of it will be absorbed. The color holds light quite well and is still visible in the dark for a few hours after exposure to light. It's pretty good when used properly, but you'll have to do some experimenting (or read some reviews) to find out.

Pros
  • Colors
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Worked perfect for my sons room for stars. You can see it a little but the glow is worth it
