These shoes are a little big for my feet. I wear between 9.5-10 depending on the style of the shoe. I ordered 10 in these Asics and now I know a 9.5 would be perfect. I have a medium arch and despite the thin padding/insole my feet don't hurt and I just find the shoes very comfortable. I've used them at the gym and hiked in these shoes and seen a few of my favorite bands live which they handle very well after I got used to them and forgot how they feel a bit loose. I really like how light they are, they are also very flexible. So if you have a less narrow foot there is some mobility on the sides and they slide on which is nice when trying to get up and really walk. quickly. I plan on ordering all the colors that are available in my size because I love these shoes so much!
