First of all, the packaging of the goods was not in perfect condition when it arrived (the shipping box was in perfect condition). See image. Won't even try to sell me based on first impressions? I wouldn't see this on the shelf at Office Depot or Target or any other outlet. However, the printer (Photosmart 6520) says it's an original HP cartridge, but the quality is terrible. After printing a test page, I aligned the cartridges and cleaned the printhead, but nothing actually got this ink to work. The printer says it's out of ink, although for some reason I don't think so, maybe because the test page is almost out of ink. I'm pretty sure it's an HP issue. HP printers have always given me problems. Every time I try to print something I get an error or something needs to be fixed. Since the first damn day. With that in mind, I'm going to shoot this printer right at the display, run it over with my car, and then throw the rest away because my girlfriend insists I'm eco-friendly. Then I will buy Epson. Never had a problem with any of them.
