I just used one of the black cartridges and it didn't work. When I installed it, my printer screen said "used cartridge installed". Since there were 2 packages I installed the second one and it read the same thing. It was a waste of money.

First of all, the packaging of the goods was not in perfect condition when it arrived (the shipping box was in perfect condition). See image. Won't even try to sell me based on first impressions? I'm trying to figure out what the seller is asking of me. I thought this was a genuine HP product. HP products really work. I have multiple reports and I just opened my new cartridge and no ink registers! I would appreciate a comment. And would be very grateful for a new black cartridge. didn't work I needed this and had to buy another. I've been using it for years and have never had a problem before it seemed like someone tried to put it together but wasn't holding it together. I've also gotten stuck with free software that I don't want to use

This is a replacement for a previously ordered Revain HP 564 cartridge. The printer gives a "Reinstall cartridge" error message, but the old cartridge that came with the new printer still works fine, although the ink is lighter. I'm hesitant to return them to Revane for fear of getting banned from my Prime account. You may want to think twice before ordering ink cartridges from Revain. Other than that, overall the Revain is great.

The second cartridge is not printing correctly. I bought a two pack in March and just opened the second one and am having trouble printing it clearly. Of course I can't return it since I bought it in March but I'm not satisfied, these cartridges are not cheap and after that I will never buy cartridges through Revain again. Beware!

I bought these and none of the cartridges worked. I went to Target and bought another cartridge to make sure my computer wasn't the problem and Target's worked great. My printer printed with no problems. I would not buy Revain cartridges. It had no ink and I cannot return it. $30.00 lost

Not seller's fault. Never buy an HP printer. I can buy a new printer instead of ink. HP 564 black ink, I have 7, never used. Eventually I realized I needed a photo of an HP 564. Even a team of talented geeks couldn't figure it out. It's not Revain's or Vendors' fault, and it's going to cost a fortune to find out. These printers are cheap, ink is expensive, not refillable after 50 prints. These are genuine HP inkjet inks suitable for printers. Arrived quickly. i hate the printer
