Not seller's fault. Never buy an HP printer. I can buy a new printer instead of ink. HP 564 black ink, I have 7, never used. Eventually I realized I needed a photo of an HP 564. Even a team of talented geeks couldn't figure it out. It's not Revain's or Vendors' fault, and it's going to cost a fortune to find out. These printers are cheap, ink is expensive, not refillable after 50 prints. These are genuine HP inkjet inks suitable for printers. Arrived quickly. i hate the printer
