I like how easy it was to use for our team of 3 employees! The ability to assign work orders in advance so we can have confidence about when someone will be available at an event or appointment with us makes this tool invaluable!! It would also make my job easier if you could add more fields (such as date/time) but other than those things its great.

Try out their demo first because there are some features not included which may seem basic until they're actually used within your organization - such as invoicing customers after completing jobs instead of having them pay up front before starting projects etc..
