2 days after Revain return policy expired. Basically 2 months after purchase. The microwave started overheating when I cooked anything longer than 5 minutes on high power. The power cord and the sides of the device become very hot. This should blow the high voltage fuse in the product as it loses all power to the display and I have to unplug it until it cools, then plug it back in and reprogram the clock. I'm calling Sharp support on Monday to see what they can do for me. I'll let you know. ++++++++++++ Just an update in this review. I am still not satisfied with this product model from Sharp, but I am very satisfied with Sharp's support. Within a day of my first bad review, they contacted me here with instructions on how to open a support ticket and within another day the issue was resolved. Sharp will replace my microwave with a new model within 3-5 business days. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you.++++++++++++++Last update of this review. Sharp's customer service is amazing. They sent my microwave to replace with a "different and better model". business days after I did this verification and Sharp opened a support ticket for my issue. The new microwave works great and I may not be happy with the original model but I am very happy with this one and especially the way Sharp has handled the issue. start getting ready.
