I have the same problem as some of the other reviewers. This microwave is only a few months old. If we use it for more than 4 or 5 minutes, it overheats and shuts down. Tried making a BLT for 3 using a bacon microwave today. It took over half an hour because the microwave kept turning off. This microwave sits in the same spot as every other microwave we've had. I really liked this microwave. It worked flawlessly until yesterday 03/16/2018. Then he just stopped heating, everything else worked, but nothing in it heated up. As he reportedly had a year of parts and labor, including house maintenance. I called the manufacturer's customer service and they asked me for a manufacture date. Received yesterday and very satisfied. I had a Sharp microwave in an apartment I rented for 12 years but had to leave it as it belonged to my landlady. I love my new microwave. It replaces the Sharp which I have used for 22 years now. I got very frustrated trying to remove the protective plastic film from the stainless steel side and top plates. In the beginning it was extremely difficult to get started, finding an edge to start from by using a razor blade to lift it up a bit. 2 days after Revain return policy expired. Basically 2 months after purchase. The microwave started overheating when I cooked anything longer than 5 minutes on high power. The power cord and the sides of the device become very hot. This should blow the high voltage fuse in the product as it loses all power to the display and I have to unplug it until it cools, then plug it back in and reprogram the clock. I ordered my first of these microwaves on May 5, 2017. After just a few weeks it overheated and stopped working for a reasonable amount of what I would call long-term use rather than continuous use for several hours.
