Setup is a nightmare that starts with weird keyboard shortcuts and ends with a forced HP account setup that if you skip it won't let you use the printer. Also, stop trying to sell me ink in the mail, HP. The customer had to reconnect this printer many times over the past two months and now it just doesn't work. Connected to the network/internet but computers cannot find it. Two IT consultants tried for hours to connect, but to no avail. Contacting HP support was unsuccessful. This printer is a disaster. HP became the cheapest company. I will replace it with literally any other brand. Hewlett-Packard will no longer buy this office.
