The ability to pull from multiple channels into one is very useful for us! We can view orders through our website as well at stores that are near by but not quite open yet so we have no issues pulling any info together right away if need be since it's all there already once you get everything added later down when they're opened/openings available. It would also benefit more than just me saying this because I'm an admin only user of shop gate; however sometimes their help desk becomes unavailable due problems outside your control (mainly server side) which results then needing support elsewhere via emailing them instead until resolved (sometimes days). Their customer service was great though!! They were able to resolve my issue within hours after sending some initial emails about what happened during out time where things weren't working properly. The ability to have an app that allows us to order from our phones is great! It's also very easy for employees to use as well. I dislike how slow it takes to load sometimes when you're trying to place orders. We've had issues where customers are waiting forever before getting their items. If you want something simple but effective this is what we used. This has really helped improve our customer service.
