Review on Rogar 0200 Estate Wine Opener by Angie Jones

This company is terrible. We had two other openings that were the same as Rogar's and they were excellent. We also bought at least 3 more as gifts. They all worked great and when the original, now 10 years old, finally wore out we ordered a new one. Distributors are Plutus Brands and Stack and Stacks. The opener came but the bottle won't open. As if the piston were flat. He just pushes the cork into the bottle. We tried many times to fix the problem but were told it took over 20 days and were denied a replacement. Who does it? After Revain got involved we received an email promising a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Why? In each case we sent it back with the correct paperwork and then received an email refusing the refund as the claim was made after 30 days. Now we don't have the product, we don't have money, and we don't have to pay for the shipping cost we spent to return it. All calls go to an answering machine that never answers and emails go unanswered.
